Together with Kris Lunning and the King Ridge Foundation, I am honored to be pursuing this project to raise funds and awareness for Camp To Belong, an organization that works to reunite brothers and sisters who have been separated in foster care for a week of summer camp. This will be a big day, to say the least! And an amazing way to prepare for the Elk Mountain Grand Traverse ski race that team "Camp To Belong" will be participating in on March 26th, 2016.
My goal is to raise $12,000. Ambitious? Absolutely! Uncomfortable? Perhaps. But this is nothing compared to a childhood spent away from my own siblings. It can be as simple as $1 per lap.
Click HERE to donate! Or go to www.camptobelong.org for a mailing address to send a check!
And be sure to type "Glory" in the special purpose box to dedicate your donation to the 12 Hours of Glory.
If you are interested in other ways of giving, volunteering as a summer-camp counselor, or even starting a new camp in your region, contact Camp To Belong!
Thank you for your support! Every little bit counts!
